"It certainly doesn’t make life much easier
when you have to carry on after a big first release but UK dons Danny Clark and Jay Benham have taken their time to follow
up the rather huge Alix Alvarez mixed Traxsource chart topping ‘Conqueror’ with an equally strong second offering
on their very own Solid Ground record label. This time another classic house diva takes over the mic, Carla Prather, who you
might know from her previous collabs with Lenny Fontana. The Original is a soulful masterpiece in the making, great chords
match perfectly with Carla’s vocal, a deep, pounding bassline and emotive synths. The remix lineup looks like the crème
de la crème of House, as we can find two uplifting, funky, soulful offerings courtesy of the Muthafunkaz, a great stripped
down mix from Alex Finkin & Reverend P. and an organ driven peaktime bomb from Ray Jones. As if that wasn’t enough
you get a Dub and a Raw Mix as a bonus on top of that all. Expectations are high and that’s nothing but right. Massive!

hit such as "Conqueror", but Danny Clark and Jay Benham surely do not disappoint with their follow up - quite the
contrary - they impress and amaze us with "Into you", which features deeply felt vocals by the one and only Carla
Prather.
The Original mix exudes phat keys and chords over a relentlessly thumpin' backing. DJ Spen &
The MuthaFunkaz inject the track with their trademark smooth Baltimore house vibe, while Alex Finkin & Reverend P's
organic interpretation features delicious instrumentation. For a hypnotic underground workout look no further than the Ray
Jones remix. The package is completed with a 'Dub Mix', 'Raw Mix' and the beautiful piano-pella called 'Ivory
Mix' by Danny & Jay."

together for this project. Danny and Jay were the men behind last year’s aptly named “Wondrous” with Su
Su Bobien, and fans of that release are set to be equally delighted with “Conqueror”. Dawn Tallman on vocals needs
little or no introduction, having featured on some of the best known labels all over the world since her debut back in 1994.
The package includes remixes from producers at the very top of their game in the shape of Alix Alvarez, Frankie Feliciano,
Guy Robin, not to mention two further mixes from Jay and Danny. Every time I think I’ve picked out a favourite mix,
one of the other mixes grabs my attention again and I’m back to square one. This is soulful house music of the very
highest calibre and a wonderful way to get the label off the ground, (no pun intended)."
